Wonderful! So, what I hear you saying is, it is important when listening to another person to paraphrase back to them what they are saying--and most important of all is to remember that there are natural places in which to offer your comments (timing is everything!) and also that your paraphrasing back to the person must be accurate! Did I get that right? :)
